1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with tags, labels, and invoice.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Innerwear, cosmetics, and personal care products.
- Items on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
- Customized or made-to-order products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support at support@dealcore.store or visit the Contact Us page.
- Mention your order ID, reason for return, and attach product images (if damaged or defective).
- We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you for manual shipping.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, full amount will be refunded (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).
- For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or wallet as per your preference.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dealcore.store.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund based on your preference.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may choose to refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery.
8. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or color issues (subject to availability).
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
